Vermont Municipal Assessor has provided assessment and reappraisal services to multiple Vermont towns and cities since 1990.

The basis of the work is the same for every municipality. However, with each our contract is tailored to meet the specific needs of that municipality while accommodating the different skills and constraints of the elected Listers, or in charter municipalities, to be the assessor. The range of our contracted services is extensive and varied.

Our staff is comfortable with and specializes in the annual assessment cycle. Everyone is proficient with NEMRC, MicroSolve and Apex software, is adept at residential and commercial interior and exterior inspections, and is diligent meeting all State deadlines.
